Tuesday, Nov. 09, 2004 - 5:27 p.m. I have a science quiz tomorrow... or I think I do. I don't know what to study! Well I do, but I don't think so. There's something wrong with me right? Or maybe not... Argh. So anyways, I'm going to study now. Right here. Ahem. [I might get some stuff wrong though. ah well.] The three subatomic particles are the protons, neutrons, and electrons. Protons are positively charged, has a mass of 1, and electrons are negative, has a mass of 1/2000. Neutrons are neutral (DUH. -____-'') and have a mass of 1. Uhm. Am I right? Okay. So, if you want to find the number of neutrons, you would have to use the Atomic Mass and subtract the number of protons (or atomic number) right? Yes. For the first orbit of the atom, it can only contain 2, and then 8 and then 8. So. Description of the B-R model... uhm, it has a nucleus in the centre that contains neutrons and protons? The electrons orbit around the nucleus, and it's like a solar system? Great. Just great. I need to finish other homework now. -___-;;;
